Planning and Preparation Evaluation Comments

Laura is able to create lessons accordingly. She effectively writes student-centered lessons. Her lesson
plans include most of the necessary components and are always detailed and easy to follow. Laura
selects developmentally appropriate materials and ensures all materials are prepared prior to the
delivery of her lessons. Most of Laura’s lessons include some type of assessment, however, Laura could
work on ensuring every lesson has an assessment. She could also work on detailing the specifics of the
assessment, documentation tool, and scale.

conferences. Laura presents herself in a professional manner and attends her placement daily.
