MGA PANGKALAHATANG ALITUNTUNIN :

1. Ang kompetisyon ay bukas para sa lahat ng mag-aaral sa ika-anim na baiting
(Grade 6) ng anumang publiko at pribadong paaralan ng Rehiyon III.
2. Ang mga estudyante ay maaari lamang lumahok sa isang kategorya.
3. Para sa mga magpapasa sa paligsahan, ipinapaala-ala ang pagsunod sa
alituntunin ng IATF tungkol sa social distancing at pagsuot ng face masks.
4. Ang deadline ng pagsumite ng entry ay bago o sa ika-25 ng Pebrero, 2022 sa
BHSA PaligSanayan – bhsapaligsanayan@gmail.com
5. Ang desisyon ng mga hurado ay pinal at hindi na maaaring mapasubalian.
6. Magkakamit ng sertipiko at gantimpala ang mga magwawagi.
ALITUNTUNIN SA BAWAT KOMPETISYON
A. TARA, TULA TAYO! (Creative Writing)
 Isang entry lamang ang maaaring ipasa ng estudyante.
 Maaaring isulat ang tula sa wikang Ingles o Filipino, malayang
taludturan o tulang may tugma at sukat.
 Ang paksa ng tula ay “Sining Ng Pag-asa” na maaaring malayang
taludturuan o
 Limang estudyante ang tatanghaling panalo sa patimpalak.
 Ang pagpasa ng lahok ay online (Microsoft Word document) gamit ang
font na Times New Roman, 12 pt., single spaced Letter

B. SAYAW NG PINOY (Folk Dance)

 The dance piece must be RURAL or WESTERN INFLUENCED from any
of the following published Philippine folk dance books:
1. Philippine Folk Dances, Volumes 1-6 by Francisca Reyes Tolentino
2. Philippine National Dances by Francisca Reyes Aquino
3. Sayaw: Dances of the Philippine Islands Volume 1-10 by the
Philippine Folk Dance Society
4. Classic Collection of Philippine Folk Dances by the Philippine Folk
Dance Society volume 1-11
 No combination of dances is allowed;
  Appropriate attire should be observed in the performance;
 In dances where the literature does not specify or describe the
entrance/exit, the trainer may arrange one, however, both must not
exceed sixteen (16) measures.
 Dancers can be in one (1) place or in two (2) different places during
the performance;
 No distinguishing mark or name of the contestants shall appear in the
entry;
 Each participant must adhere to the technical guidelines mentioned
below:
1. The video must capture the whole body
2. The Video must be in landscape frame, with one 1 stationary
camera set up (no zooming, no video mixing, must be fixed)
3. Video must be free from any unnecessary background noise
4. Use appropriate background/ set during the performance
5. Virtual background is prohibited

C. POINTS AND FLEXES (Ballet)

 The contest is for Solo performance only.
 Open for Boys and Girls
 For the Dance Performance:
1. The dancer can use any background (in an Open Space or Close
door Space) for their Video Presentation.
2. The Dancer can use any choice of music on their own.
3. The dance should not be less than 2 minutes but not more than 3
minutes.
 Appropriate attire should be observed in the performance.
 The name of the contestant and the name of the school shall appear
as the intro of the Video.
 Each participant must adhere to the technical guidelines mentioned
below:
1. The video must capture the whole body
2. The Video must be in landscape frame, with one 1 stationary
camera set up (no zooming, no video mixing, must be fixed)
3. Video must be free from any unnecessary background noise
 4. Use appropriate background/ set during the performance
5. Virtual background is prohibited

D. ISANG KAMERA. ISANG EKSENA. PELIKULA. (Media Arts)

 The video must be one ( 1 ) minute long excluding the credits; (i.e.
Director, Videographer, Editor etc.)
 The video must be shot using a smartphone set to the following
settings:
1. landscape 16:9
2. ratio HD 1280x720 or higher
 The video must contain original video footages;
 Use copyright free music and sounds only;
 Submit and save video/s using the following file name:
BHSA_SELFILM2022.yoursurname.name_of_school
 Upload the video in YouTube (as public - for children - viewed with
link) including the following:
1. behind the scene video footages and/or send picture of participants
doing the shooting; and
2. final edited video copy with brief summary of the Selfilm.
 HOW TO SEND ENTRIES:

E. MGA KWENTO NG PAG-ASA (Theater Arts)

  Create a monologue with a 150-word script with a theme “PAG-ASA” –
it can be personal, between relationships with family, friends,
community, country or to God.
 The name of the contestant and the name of the school shall appear
as the introduction of the video.
 Appropriate attire should be observed in the performance.
 Each participant must adhere to the technical guidelines mentioned
below:
1. The video must be in a landscape frame
2. Video must be free from any unnecessary background noise
3. Use appropriate background/ set during the performance
4. Music and sound effects can be used to set the mood of the
performance.

F. KUNDIMAN (Music – Voice)

 The Music piece should be Kundiman or Filipino classic piece, eg. Ugoy
ng Duyan, Mutya ng Pasig, Nasaan ka Irog, Usahay, etc.
 You can record through your phone, tablet, or any recording device.
Make sure that you are recording in a silent place.
 The recording should be in landscape frame.
 Wear any presentable outfit.
 Use appropriate background/set during the performance
