HEAT INSULATION
A special low-emissivity (low-E) coating of selective glass does not let heat out of
premises, but lets in solar heat radiation. This additional energy enables reduced
heating expenses during cold season. This is the best glass choice for windows in
dwelling houses. The coating is usually on the third surface of double glass unit.

DECORATIVE GLASS
• Glass with textured surface (AGC Imagin) ensures good light transmission
and limited transparency at the same time. Used for glazing of partition walls,
windows and doors.
Toughened enamelled glass with all surface painting or screenprinted pat-
tern. Used for decorative partitions and spandrels. The enamel is resistant
against mechanical damages, and it does not fade.

FIRE PROTECTION GLASS

SGG Pyroswiss) – in case of fire does not lose transparency; keeps flames and Manufacturing

• Multi-layer laminated glass (Pilkington Pyrodur, Pyrostop; AGC Pyrobelite, quality compliance
Pyrobel; SGG Contraflam, Swissflam) – construction of a number of hardened certificates
or unhardened glasses, which becomes nontransparent in case of fire. Keeps
flames and hot gases from spreading and partly or fully protects from high
fire temperatures (EW and EI class).

CURVED GLASS
Stiklu Centrs represents the Finnish company Tambest offering curved
glass and insulating glass units. More details at www.tambest.fi.

MATERIALS AND OPTIONS

We offer insulating glass units with decorative Georgian bars and muntin bars
as well as with built-in Venetian blinds by the Danish company Hagen. More
details at: www.hagen.dk.
We use Schüco and Profilglass aluminum spacers and warm edge materials – plastic
combined with stainless steel Thermix®TX.N produced by Ensinger GmbH, TGI warm
edge spacers produced by Technoform Glass Insulation GmbH and stainless steel
spacers. Warm edge spacer bars minimize heat loss and combat condensation on
the inner pane. Comparison of heat losses in windows through edges of insulating
glass units, where U-value for glazing is 1.2W/m2K and for the frame 1.4W/m2K
In order to improve heat insulation, we offer double and triple insulating glass
units with argon filling. In order to absorb dampness in insulation units, spacers
are filled with the desiccant W 558 made by Grace GmbH & Co.KG. We use edge
sealants: butyl Totalseal 3524/1 and polyurethane Totalseal 3189/2 by Le Joint
Français, and silicone materials DC 993 and DC 3362 made by Dow Corning for
the production of structural glazing. Successful cooperation with our custom-
ers ensured by the high technical characteristics and reasonable price of our
product, as well as by possible fast and precise delivery. We carry out the orders
within short periods of time and deliver those at a certain time and place.
