Implementation of the Teaching Campus Program at the

Integrated Islamic Elementary School Al-Dhaifullah

ABSTRACT

Implementation of the Teaching Campus Program, is a Program of the


Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, as an effort to
support the improvement of literacy, numeracy, administration and technology
adaptation management for teachers and students in schools located in remote,
underdeveloped and marginalized areas. In this study, using a qualitative method .
Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. This
study aims to determine; implementation, constraints and impact of the teaching
campus program on the participants of the Teaching Campus Program, teachers,
and students on the teaching and learning process and the community in the Al-
Dhaifullah Betung Barat Integrated Islamic Elementary School, PALI Regency.
Research result; 1) Teaching Campus Program activities in the form of literacy,
numeracy, technological adaptation, school administration and teachers at the Al-
Dhaifullah Betung Barat Integrated Islamic Elementary School can be
implemented properly, 2) PKM participants need time to make adjustments to
“Program Kampus Mengajar” (PKM) activities because it is the first time it has
been implemented by “Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik
Indonesia (KPK RI), 3) Students experience an increase in knowledge and social
development because PKM activities are able to encourage creativity and
