SOURCES FOR ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS
Simple DC circuits

A simple electric circuit

consists of a source (such Simple AC circuits
as a battery), wires as
conducting medium and a
load (such as a light bulb).

What's the difference between AC and DC power?

Both AC and DC describe types of current flow in a circuit. In direct
current (DC), the electric charge (current) only flows in one direction.
Electric charge in alternating current (AC), on the other hand, changes
direction periodically
Direct current (dc) Alternating current (ac)
-is the flow of electric charge in - is the flow of electric charge
only one direction. It is the steady that periodically reverses
state of a constant-voltage direction
