Characteristics:- SUN 7566 is a high
concentration, high performance non-toxic vinyl
stabilizer for use in flexible PVC compound and
Plastisol. It gives high stability in filled and
unfilled compound. SUN 7566 imparts very high
thermal stability, color retention and weather & UV
resistance to PVC.
It has a special advantage of maintaining white &
light shade for a long time period. It is a high
concentration stabilizer which can be used in
dosages lower than normal stabilizer.
Applications:- SUN 7566 is suitable for Pipe,
Extrusion ,Calendaring, Footwear compounds and
Coating process.
Dosages:- SUN 7566 can be used at a level of 1-
3 Phr depending upon Curing & Heat stability
required
Packaging:- SUNS 7566 is packed in HDPE
200 Kgs Drum.
