Exercise #6:

ONE-WAY AND TWO-WAY ANOVA

This is your homework for this week. Take note of the special instruction:
1. This home exercise is also a GROUP ACTIVITY. Complete this requirement with your assigned study
buddies unless your instructor assigns you a new group.
2. Gather raw data to be used for a case study where One-Way and Two-Way ANOVA can be used. Use
data specifically on the current status of Philippine’s fight against the pandemic. You may use the data
found in this link, https://covid19.gov.ph/health/epidemiological-data-analytics
3. Choose a dataset for One-Way ANOVA and another or more detailed dataset for Two-Way ANOVA.
4. Fill up the template provided in the next page. Read first the additional instructions given per
requirement written in blue before you start answering the exercise. You may remove the instructions in
the final submission.
5. You may use excel data analysis for computations.
6. You may refer to the learning materials given to you on this topic. Open notes and open sources.
7. Take photos of your answers and solutions clearly by downloading camscanner app for better
photos. Make sure all photos and screenshots are clear. You may insert the photos in a word file.
8. Submit your output in PDF format
Filename: 2021-1-EDA-SECTION-Activity 6-FAMILYNAMES
9. Submit or upload on or before 1:30PM, October12, 2020 thru Moodle Submission.

Application Based on results, the Covid-19 virus is more rampant at specific age group and specific location. Hence, at Region VI a
increasing number of cases strict protocols should be implemented and proper information dissemination through comm
the rest of the regions, still, follow adequate guidelines and proper hygiene to mitigate the spread of the Covid-19 virus
considered as more at risk to the virus. Hence, they are advised to stay at home if necessary in order to lessen the cas
people.
Government must :
 Must sanitize the streets communities every week to stop the spread of virus
 Must implement strict curfew and mass gathering such as party and festivals.
 Help local communities by providing their primary needs such us relief goods and etc.
