a public-school teacher at Binanuaanan National High School. Wishing to improve my professional
status and continue my career development, I enrolled and currently taking Bachelor of Laws – Juris
Doctor Degree at the University of Nueva Caceres (4 th Level), however, as a family man, I am
encountering financial constraint in this educational endeavor.

Hence, knowing for your compassion in providing support and assistance to the
people in
need, I would like to sincerely apply for educational assistance in order for me to sustain my
