LIVER: is normal in shape and size : ( 12.4 cm) and echotexture.


No focal mass lesions seen.
No IHBD, Portal vein Is normal

GALL BLADDER : well distended. is normal in contour.


No calculi. Wall thickness appears normal.
CBD is normal.

SPLEEN: is normal in size ( 10.2 cm), shape and echo pattern.


No focal lesions noted.

PANCREAS : appears normal in size, shape and echo pattern. No ductal dilatation. No
calcifications / calculi. Peripancreatic fat planes appear normal.

RIGHT KIDNEY : measures : 108 X 47 mm.


Normal in size, shape and echo pattern.
Pelvicalyceal system appears normal.
No obvious focal lesions noted.
Corticomedullary differentiation is well maintained.
calculus measures: upper pole 7 mm, lower pole 4 mm.

LEFT KIDNEY : measures : 108 X 50 mm.


Normal in size, shape and echo pattern.
Pelvicalyceal system appears normal.
Corticomedullary differentiation is well maintained.
No obvious focal lesions noted.
calculus measures : mid pole 4 mm. lower pole 11 mm
