ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN

Liver is normal in size, shape& echotexture. Intrahepatic biliary radical are not dilated.
Margins are normal. Hepatic veins including intra hepatic IVC are normal. Portal veins are
normal. A simple cyst of about 14x1mm seen in left
lobe of liver.
Gall bladder is well distended. Walls are
of about 5-6mm seen in the lumen of mildy diffusely thickened (5-6mm). Multiple calculi
gall bladder.
PV &CBD are normal.
Pancreas is normal in size, shape and
echogenecity. No evidence of focal lesion seen.
Right Kidney measures 98x36mm. Right kidney is normal in size shape and echotexture.

Margins are normal.
Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No
hydronephrosis / calculus/ perinephric collection seen.
Left Kidney measures 102x45mm. Left
kidney is normal in size shape and echotexture. Renal

Spleen is normal in size, shape and echogenecity. No evidence of focal lesion seen.

Myometrium reveals normal echotexture. No
Intracavitary contents noted. ET is normal measuring 5mm.
Right ovary measures 29x17x17mm (vol=4ml). Right ovary is normal in size,
Left ovary measures 25x20x12mm shape & echotexture.
(vol=3ml). Left ovary is normal in size, shape & echotexture
Adenexal sites are clear.
No fluid seen in pouch of
Douglas.
No evidence of retroperitoneal

ULTRASOUND OF WHOLE ABDOMEN

LIver- is mildly enlarged in size. No dilatation of intrahepatic biliary radicles is seen. Liver

Uterus:- is normal, measures approx 68 x 33 mm, normal in size and myometrial echotexture.
No focal mass seen. Endometrial thickness measures 7.0 mm.

Ovaries:- Right ovary measures approx. 23 x 22 mm.

Left ovary measures approx. 21 x 23 mm.
Both ovaries appear normal sonologically. No adenexal mass / free fluid seen.
No evidence of ascites or retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy is seen.

OPINION:-USG findings reveals:

Cholelithiasis with choledocholithiasis with
acute cholecystitis.
Mild liver enlargement.
Adv: MRCP/ERCP for confirmation and further evaluation.
