    1) An ultrasound was performed on a 45-year-old female patient complaining of pain in her abdomen. 2) The ultrasound revealed a cyst in the left ovary measuring 38 x 32 x 28 mm with internal septations and turbid echoes, consistent with a hemorrhagic cyst. 3) There was also significant probe tenderness observed in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen, though no bowel edema or localized collections were seen. 4) The impression was that the cyst in the left ovary was likely hemorrhagic in nature, and clinical correlation of the abdominal tenderness was suggested.
