Whole Abdomen

Liver Normal in size, shape and in position with uniform tissue texture in both
lobes. Fatty change seen throughout of bothlobes.
Gallbladder Normal in size and wall thickness. No stone / sludge seen inside the lumen.
Biliary channel Normal in calibre.
Pancreas Normal in size, shape, and tissue texture.
Spleen Normal in size with uniform tissue texture.
Kidneys Both the kidneys are normal in size with well-defined cortex & medulla.
No stone or pelvicalyceal dilatation is seen.
Urinary Well filled and appears to be regular in contour. No intravesical lesion is
bladder seen.
Uterus Normal in size, anteverted in position with uniform myometrial
echotexture. Endometrial stripe appears normal.
Adnexa No abnormality is seen in both adnexa

Biliary channel Normal in calibre.
Pancreas Normal in size, shape, and tissue texture.
Spleen Normal in size with uniform tissue texture.
Kidneys Both the kidneys are normal in size with well-defined cortex & medulla. No
stone or pelvicalyceal dilatation is seen in right kidney but left one shows a
tiny bright echogenic structure (5 mm), casting faint posterior
acousticshadow in its upper pole.
Urinary Well filled and appears to be irregular in contour. No intravesical lesion is
bladder seen.
Uterus Infantile in size.
Adnexa Right ovary measuring about (13×31×13 mm & vol. 3.44cc) appears to be
normal. Left ovary measuring about (28×20×35 mm & vol. 10.85cc)
appears to be enlarged, containing multiple (3-6 in number) peripherally
enlarged small cysts (largest one 10mm).
* Small free fluid is seen in posterior cul-de-sac.
Impression Left nephrolithiasis.
Prominent left ovary.
Suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
