Lumen- no any mass, sludge,calculus seen.
Gall bladder measures:-53.0 x 26.0mm.
PANCREAS: Sonographically normal.Parenchumal echogenectiy homogenous Pancreatic
duct is not dileted.

BOTH KIDNEYS: Sonographically normal in shape and size.Cortex and medullary distinction in intact.
Parenchymal echotexture is normal.No mass no calculus seen.
No pelvicalyceal dilatation seen.
Rt.kidney measures:-86.4 x 37.4mm.
Lt.kidney measures:-89.6 x 42.0mm.
Hepato-renal-pouch: Clear.
SPLEEN: SIZE- Normal.Shape -- Normal. Echopattern - homogenous. LO
No any focal solid or cystic lesion seen.
Spleen measures:-62.4mm.
R.I.F/L.I.F.: No any focal solid,.cystic mass of fluid collection seen.
URINARY BLADDER: Wall normal.

UTERUS:Anteverted, normal in shape and size.Midline echo appears normal.
Endometrial canal echo appears normal 12.3mm APD.Carvical region normal.
Uterus measures:-79.4 x 41.3 x 48.4mm.
ADNEXAE: Rt.ovary appeareas enlarge in size and shape thin walled bilobuleted
an anechoic cystic mass without any internal echoes.S/0 Follicular cyst
excedded unusual size.lLt.ovary appeareas normal in size and shape with
single small follicle.
Rt.ovary measureas:-114.0 x 75.1 x 101.0mm=452.8cc.
Lt.ovary measureas:-38.4 x 18.5 x 33.0mm=12.2cc.
Cul-de-sac: clear.
Abdominal aortic and branches appears normal.there in no any avidence of LYMPHADENOPATHY. Both DIPHRAGMS
shows normal movement. No evidence of BILATRAL PLEURAL EFFUSION or PERICARDIAL EFFUSION.

=IMPRESSION= 1.LARGE,THIN WALLED BILOBULETED CYSTIC

Rt.OVARY OF 452.8CC. APPROX.S/O NON NEOPLASTIC CYST.
2.ANTEVERTED NORMAL UTERUS AND Lt.OVARY.
3.UPPER ABDOMEN AND K.U.B SONOLOGICALLY wITHIN NORMAL LIMIT.
