CECT ABDOMEN (CT UROGRAPHY PROTOCOL)

PROTOCOL: CECT of the abdomen was done before and after administration of
iodinated contrast at appropriate timings. No adverse reactions seen.

OBSERVATIONS:
 Liver is normal in size, contours and parenchymal attenuation. No focal mass lesion
is seen. Intrahepatic biliary radicals are not dilated.
 CBD and portal vein are normal.
 Gall bladder is seen in distended state
 Both kidneys are normal in position, size, contours and parenchymal attenuation.
Cortico-medullary differentiation is preserved. No evidence of any hydronephrosis
or calculus is seen. Bilateral renal arteries and veins are normal. Bilateral ureters are
normal.
 Pancreas is normal in size, contours and parenchymal attenuation. No focal lesion is
seen.
 Spleen is normal in size and parenchymal attenuation. No focal mass lesion seen.
 No significant lymphadenopathy is seen. No ascites.
 Urinary bladder is seen well distended. No calculus or mass lesion is seen.
 Prostate is normal in size and attenuation.
 Visualized bowel loops appear grossly normal.

IMPRESSION: Normal study.
