CT UROGRAPHY

 Right Kidney is normal in size and position. Mild hydronephrosis is

seen. Right renal pelvis is extra-renal and dilated. No calculus or
mass lesion is seen.

 Left Kidney is normal in size and position. No hydronephrosis is seen.

No calculus or mass lesion is seen.

 Both kidneys show normal excretion of contrast.

 No ascites is seen.

 Ureters Both ureters are not dilated. UVJ are seen normally.

 Urinary bladder is normal in contour with normal lumen. No calculus or

mass lesion is seen. UB walls are not thickened

 Bilateral seminal vesicles are seen normally.

 Prostate is normal in size and shows normal density of parenchyma. No

mass lesion is seen.

OPINION:

 MILD HYDRONEPHROSIS RIGHT KIDNEY WITH DILATED EXTRA-RENAL RIGHT RENAL

PELVIS……………PARTIAL P.U.J OBSTRUCTION .

Clinical correlation is necessary.
