NCCT STUDY OF THORAX

 Both lung fields are clear and show normal pulmonary architecture. No
evidence of any parenchymal opacity, area of consolidation or any mass
lesion is seen.

 No pleural effusion or pleural thickening is seen on either side.

 No mediastinal lymphadenopathy is seen.

 Trachea is central.

 Heart size is minimally enlarged .

 Esophagus is seen normally.

 Dorsal spine shows degenerative changes.

 Left dome of diaphragm is slightly raised. No subphrenic collection is


seen .

 Sternal sutures are seen .

IMPRESSION:

 BORDERLINE CARDIOMEGALY .
 SLIGHTLY RAISED LEFT DOME OF DIAPHRAGM ….? CAUSE.

Clinical correlation is necessary.
