A CT scan was performed on 58-year-old male Niyamat Khan. The scan found small hypodense areas in the right basal ganglia, bilateral thalamus, and left centrum semiovale, indicating multiple infarcts without fresh bleeding. Diffuse cerebral atrophy was also present. The cerebellum, brainstem, ventricles, and cisterns all appeared normal. Clinical correlation was recommended.
