The CT scan of 72-year-old male Turant Lal's head showed a small hypodense area in the left basal ganglionic region indicating a small left basal ganglionic infarct with no fresh bleeding seen. The scan also revealed prominent cortical sulci and ventricles, indicating diffuse cerebral atrophy. Otherwise, the cerebellum, brainstem, cisterns, and ventricles appeared normal with no midline shift observed.
