An 18-year-old female underwent a CT scan of the head which found the following: 1) The cerebellum, brainstem, ventricles and cisterns appeared normal. 2) The cerebral parenchyma showed normal gray and white matter differentiation. 3) There was no evidence of any focal parenchymal disease or space occupying lesion. 4) Bilateral maxillary sinusitis was observed. Clinical correlation was recommended.
