Uma Shanker, a 50-year-old male, was referred by Dr. Y Pandagre for a CT scan of the head on August 28, 2017. The scan found the cerebellum, brain stem, ventricles, and cerebral hemispheres to be normal in size and structure with no abnormalities detected.
