**ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN **

LIVER
Liver measures 137 mm in cranio caudal dimension. It shows mild fatty infiltration. Its texture appears homogenous.
No focal lesion is seen. No intra hepatic biliary dilatation noted.
CBD measures 3.8 mm at porta hepatis. PV measures 9 mm and is clear.

GALL BLADDER
Gall bladder is of normal size and wall thickness. The wall thickness is 2 mm and smooth in outline. No evidence of
cholelithiasis. No evidence of acute or chronic cholecystitis. No pericholecystic fluid is seen. Trace of sludge is seen in
its lumen.

PANCREAS
Pancreas is of normal size in head and body. It measures 20.9 x 9.4 mm respectively. Tail is obscured. No focal lesion
seen. No peripancreatic fluid collection is identified. The pancreatic duct is not dilated. Normal configuration of
abdominal aorta and I.V.C.

SPLEEN
Splenic span is 110 mm. No evidence of focal lesion is seen. No varices or enlarged lymphnode in splenic hilum
identified.

RIGHT KIDNEY
Right kidney measures 110 x 37 mm with parenchymal thickness of 13 mm. Normal axis and contour. Normal
parenchymal echogenicity. No stone or hydronephrosis. No focal lesion. No perinephric abnormality. Ureter is not
dilated.

LEFT KIDNEY
Left kidney measures 113 x 54 mm with parenchymal thickness of 15 mm. Normal axis and contour. Normal
parenchymal echogenicity. No stone or hydronephrosis. No focal lesion. No perinephric abnormality. Ureter is not
dilated.

No ascites.

CONCLUSION

-- Mild fatty infiltration of liver.
