RIGHT KIDNEY: It is normal in size shape and parenchymal echogenicity. It measures 113 mm in bipolar length with
parenchymal thickness of 12 mm.
No calculus, any hydronephrosis or focal mass lesion is seen. The ureter is not dilated

LEFT KIDNEY: It is normal in size shape and parenchymal echogenicity. It measures 106 mm in bipolar length with
parenchymal thickness of 12 mm. An echogenic focus measuring 8 mm in size with acoustic shadowing is seen in
the lower calyx.
No hydronephrosis or focal mass lesion is seen. The ureter is not dilated.

URINARY BLADDER: It is partially distended. No abnormal wall thickening is noted. No calculus, any focal mass
lesion or trabeculation is noted.

IMPRESSION:
Le sided nephrolithiasis without hydronephrosis.
