ULTRASOUND OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS

Liver appears normal in size, shape and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. No intrahepatic biliary radic
dilatation seen. The portal vein and CBD appear normal.

Gall bladder is well distended with normal wall thickness. No calculus or sludge is seen.
Pancreas appears normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.
Spleen appears normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.

Right kidney measures 103 x 38 mm. Left kidney measures 108 x 53 mm. Both kidneys appear norma
shape & echotexture. They show good cortico-medullary differentiation. Right
kidney shows a 3.5 mm sized non obstructive calculus in lower pole calyx. Right
kidney shows a 2.4 mm sized non obstructive calculus in mid pole calyx. There is no hydronephro
hydroureter seen on either side.

The urinary bladder is well distended. Wall thickness is normal. No mass lesion or calculus is seen.

Prostate is normal in size, shape and echotexture. and measures 35 x 28 x 27 mm. No obvious focal lesi
seen on present transabdominal study.
Mild edematous wall thickening up to 3.7 mm of visualized ascending, transverse
and descending colon predominantly involving descending colon is noted.
There is no ascites or significant lymphadenopathy seen.

IMPRESSION :
Bilateral renal non obstructive calculi as described.
Colitis.
No other significant abnormality.
