The left kidney measuring 4,4 cm in bipolar diameter with cortical thickness about 1.1
cm shows mild backpressure changes with the renal pelvis measuring 1.lcm in AP
diameter.. for follow up to exrclude PU.J obstruction.
The right kidney measuring 4.2 cm in bipolar diameter with cortical thickness about 1.1
cm shows minimal backpressure changes with the renal pelvis measuring 4 mm in AP
diameter.
No dilated both ureters.
Diffuse colonic gas distention is seen

Otherwise

" The liver is homogeneously echogenic. No masses could be detected at the porta
hepatis.No focalhepatic lesion could be detected.
The portal vein is within normal caliber.
The gall bladder is of average wall thickness with echo-free lumen. No stones or
biliary mud could be detected.
" The biliary tree is of normal distribution. The CBD is of normal caliber.
The pancreas is of normal size and echogenicity.
" The spleen is of normal size, shape and tissue echogenic density. No focal splenic
lesions could be detected.
Noenlarged paraaortic lymph nodes could be seen.
Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position. They show normal
echogenicity with preserved interfaces.No masses or cysts could be detected.
" No ascites could be detected.
Normal filling contour of the urinary bladder.
