Subject: DIT University Academia ERP Go Live on 27 December 2021

DIT University takes great pleasure to announce that we go live today with our new ERP system
i.e. “Academia ERP” Project (Phase one).

The robust, feature-rich, analytics-equipped, user-friendly Academia - built on a cutting-edge
and flexible architecture - enables educational institutions to automate & streamline their
functions and processes for both learning and administration, from prospecting to graduation.
Academia Student Information System offers comprehensive and detailed campus management
solutions that improve institutional productivity.
Presently, the following modules are live on the system:

 Program and Course Management


 Course Registration
 Student Information System
 Time Table Management
 Examination Management
 Hostel and Transport Management
 Fee Ledger
 Service Request
 Student Portal and Parent/Guardian Portal

All Students are advised to kindly login to the system following the below steps and explore
further. Separate notification will be issued for further guildelines time to time.

Steps to Access Academia ERP


Step 1 – Visit to www.dituniversity.edu.in and click on ERP Login (on the top menu bar.

Step 2 – Click on Student icon given on the screen


Step 3 – Enter your SAP ID (known as Student ID)
Step 4 – Enter your password sent on your registered mobile no and official e-mail id or
click on forget password to get the password again
Step 5 – Once done with above steps, go ahead to explore the available options.

What students need to do at the first login?

1. Students can explore the various menu options one by one as per the user manual click
here.
2. Students can check their personal details, parent details, address, photograph, fee ledger,
hostel and transport status (if applicable) and completed courses. For discrepancy (if
any), please raise the service request through Portal (refer to the Annexure 1)
3. Students can cross check their CGPA (post result declaration of ODD semester 2021-22)
and raise service request through Portal (refer to the Annexure 1) for issues. The result
may get updated subject to verification of records.
4. Students can check their fee dues and deposit details under my fee option on the portal. It
may please be noted that there may be lag of couple of days for needful updation on the
portal during transition period.
5. Students can check thier result of running ODD semester, 2021-22 (when announced).
