Rental Policies
A $50 non-refundable reservation deposit is required.
Deposit will be applied towards rental fees.
Additional charges may be incurred if any property
damage occurs as a result of the rental. Universalist
All fees are to be paid in full two weeks prior to
rental/event.
Event cancellations will result in forfeiture of the

reservation fee. Events canceled within 14 days of the
event will result in forfeiture of one-half of the security

Hobbs Hall
A staff member is required to stay on premises for
non-member rentals.
Any additional time needed for cleaning, beyond what

The Church has a NO SMOKING policy. Smoking in any

Long-term Use Agreements must have MET approval.
Regarding ongoing or long-term use agreements, if www.kentuu.org/rentals
there are repeated policy violations or disruptive
behaviors, the church reserves the right to re-evaluate
the Use Agreement.
No organization may use the Church name or address
to represent or promote the purpose and/or views of
such organization.
Renter is responsible to remove all items/decorations
brought in by renter at the end of event/rental.
UUCK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged
personal property.
All decorations are to be affixed with low-tack painter
tape or ribbon. Nails, screws, thumbtacks, staples, wire
or sticky tapes (scotch, duct, or masking) or putties
MAY NOT be used in decorating. Nothing may be
tacked or nailed into the walls or fixtures. Isle runners
