Shift Log Book Report

1. Creating Shift Log Book Report

Objective: Standard Maintenance notification and orders, measuring document processing is

basis for shift log book. This transaction will ease the navigation for shift engineers from a single
screen to process Notification, orders and viewing reports etc.

TCODE - ZSHIFTREP
1. You will enter the screen where you have to populate the fields as shown in the screen

Enter the planning Plant, Planner Group, Work Center, Date and Shift.
Note: We can create, change and display shift log book for Planning plant, Planner group, Work
center, date and shift unique combination.

2. Choose you will come to main header screen.

Populate the required field relevant data in shift details.

3. Go to Tab screen Notification Details.

Thro this screen you have tabs to Create notification , Change notification ,
display Notification , Delete the notification , Refresh button , direct entry of the

notification number

To create notification click on the you will go to the input screen to create notification

Create the notification and save. Populate the Shift details in the Notification tabs.
You can see the notification number in the screen.

You can also see details for the Description, Reference objects of the equipment, System status of
the equipment, Delay in minutes (Delay report Notification),
Attended By and Remarks are the free text fields.

To Change the notification select the line item of the notification and click on
You will directly enter the screen of change notification and you can save after changing

To Display the notification select the line item of the notification and click on
You will directly enter the screen of change notification and you can save after changing.

Incase if you want to delete the notification of the screen select the line and click on

If any notification is created with the parameters falling under the shift details the notifications will
be fetch in the screen. Use refresh button for that

4. You have a screen which is a free text filed where you can enter any message to the next shift.

5. You have a screen to enter the measuring point/counter reading entry from the screen

Click on to go to the standard screen of entry list where you can enter the measuring
point reading collectively and create measuring documents.

The document against entry list will be created for each measuring point.

6. Go to tab Maintenance Order details

Thro this screen you have tabs to Create maintenance Order , Change Maintenance
Order , Display Maintenance Order , Delete the Maintenance Order ,

Refresh button , direct entry of Maintenance Order Number

To create Maintenance Order click on the . you will go to the input screen to create
Maintenance Order

Create the Maintenance Order and save. Populate the Shift details in the Maintenance Order tab.
You can see the Maintenance Order in the screen.

You can see the details like Description, Reference objects of the equipment, System status of the
equipment,
Attended By and Remarks are the free text fields.

To Change the Maintenance Order click on the change select the line item of the Maintenance
Order and click on

To Display the Maintenance Order click on the change select the line item of the Maintenance

Incase if you want to delete the Maintenance Order of the screen select the line and click on

If any Maintenance Order is created with the parameters falling under the shift details the
Maintenance Order will be fetch in the screen. Use refresh button for that

7. Go to tab Shift Details,

You have the facility to go to standard screen of list of notifications.

You have the facility to go to standard screen of list of Maintenance Order.

You have the facility to go to standard screen of list of Inspection result (
IK17)

Click to go to the screen you can go to notification list editing standard

screen. You can see the list of notifications with your own set criteria

Click to go to the screen you can go to Maintenance Order list editing

standard screen. You can see the list of notifications with your own set criteria

You can see the list of documents created against the measuring point/Counter.
You can have multiple selection of entry list, date from this screen.

8. Choose save to save the shift report (Ctrl+S)

2. Changing Shift Log Book Report

TCODE – ZSHIFTREP

1. Enter the parameters in the screen for which you want to change the report

Enter the planning Plant, Planner Group, Work Center, Date and Shift.

2. Click on to go to the main screen where you can change all the required fields you want to
change.

3. Choose save to save the shift report (Ctrl+S)

The output of the screen the message appears as

3. Displaying Shift Log Book Report

TCODE – ZSHIFTREP

1. Enter the parameters in the screen for which you want to display the report.

Enter the planning Plant, Planner Group, Work Center, Date and Shift.

2. Click on to display screen

3. Choose save to save the shift report (Ctrl+S)

The output of the screen the message appears as
