- which goes beyond simply their age, gender and interests.

VIP online body transformation coach - I help busy professionals get in shape in as little as 90
days. I am a former Olympic athlete, so I am a master of reaching large, audacious goals. With a
massive goal like a body transformation, I help clients not to worry about how far they have to
go, but to learn the skills, and trust the process. Through goal setting I help them reach their goal
physique. Small wins, lead to big goals. The support from me, keeps it fun, and keeps you ac-
countable.

4. Who is your ideal client? What types of people currently buy or do you think will
buy this product? (DETAIL)

CEO’s, Directors, and Senior Managers, who are overweight. They are aware of the im-
portance of health and fitness, but unsure know how to get in shape. They have tried Per-
sonal training in the past, but had limit success in results. Due to negative past experi-
ences, they question if they ever get in shape. They can’t commit to a Personal trainer in
a gym because of their busy schedule. These clients reside in UK, USA, DUBAI.

8. What is your ideal client’s ONE MAIN PROBLEM?

They want to change their body shape but they are unsure how.

9. From this ONE MAIN PROBLEM, what are your ideal client’s MAIN psychologi-
cal problems (deriving from the one main problem)?

They have too much fat, and not enough muscle. This may cause them to have joint pain,
lower back problems, stiffness, muscle tension, and health issues. They may also have trouble
breathing, loss of energy, fatigue, poor sleep, and generally feel weaker. They will age more
quickly, could even feel chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

10. From your ideal client’s main psychological problems, what are your client’s emo-
tional pains?

As a result they may develop negative mental health issues such as depression, a poor self
esteem, and an increased perceived stress. People start to judge them unfairly just be-
cause you have too much fat. They stop doing the things they enjoy, family members and
friends start to notice and make ‘suggestions’ about exercise, which comes across as neg-
atively and perceived as criticism. Their excitement for life has diminished. They feel
successful in their jobs, they have a nice home, a family, cash in the bank, but, on the in-
side, they feel bad. Life feels heavy and they feel stuck in this emotional state. They con-
tinue to eat junk food, and put on even more weight. They start to have poor brain func-
tion, memory loss, anger, and even feel loneliness like nothing will help them. They feel
looked down upon by others, and stop socialising with friends.

11. What are the pains they want to avoid while achieving using your offer/pro-
gramme?

The offer enables them to be coached by an Olympic athlete to loose weight, and gain
muscle. They will start following an exercise regime of intense training and workouts which start
to give them more energy, improve their body shape and develop a growth mindset. A growth
mindset allows us to believe that our intelligence is a fluid entity and we have great control over
how intelligent we are and how successful we can be. If you’ve failed at your goal before of
loosing weight and gaining muscle, this should be viewed as an opportunity to access and im-
prove the process and use it as motivation to succeed this time around. I teach you that if you
keep going, nothing will stop you from achieving your goals. Finally, we have to remember that
having the nice home, cash in the bank, and a family is not the only important thing in life. Hav-
ing a good work life balance, this means spending time focusing on your health and fitness, as
much as your finances, and your family.

By the end of this program, clients have a new focus and energy. When they can start to channel
this new focus and energy into their business, they see a massive boost in productivity. They feel
stronger and more powerful from the workouts. They feel healthier, have better skin, and more
confident in social situations. Their brain starts to function quicker, and this keeps their judge-
ment skills sharp as they age. Quality of sleep improves, and they wake up with a new energy
and feel ready to conquer the day with a motivation they haven’t felt before.
