are given a task by the editor in chief to draw a cartoon symbolizing the
performance, independence, and credibility of the Philippine judiciary on a
short bond paper. You are also asked to write a paragraph description of
your illustration. Your editor will evaluate your work based on clarity of
message presented, creativity and innovation, and logic of explanation. You may
look at the editorial cartoons section of other leading newspapers in the
Philippines to get an idea on how you will do your task. 50 pts.
