of skills you will need for the job. If you lack any of these skills, try to improve. For example, if the job

e Watch people at the company, too. Who is successful and why? Ask them how they got their jobs
and try to learn from them. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and don’t be afraid to take on challenges.
If something difficult comes up, accept the challenge; employees will like this.
