2. Control Methods

 Input

Lack of waste collecting points, Irregularity of waste collection, improper waste


separation facilities, volume waste and space limitations are the common
barriers in implementing waste management program. That’s why, it’s important
to measure the waste, reduced, recycle, collection services and separate the
waste.

 Process

Monitoring the members, if they are doing their task every break time. In order
to avoid members who are lazy and members who are doing unnecessary things.

 Output

Sharing ideas with the members, if the project will be successful or it will be
failed.
