Role - Production Shift Engineer

This role requires dynamic, energetic, self – driven, results-oriented, and above all who has a positive
“can do” outlook with a clear focus on deliverables. We are looking for highly organized,
naturally forward planning; logical, and structured thinkers who critically assess their own
performance. Empathic communication skills are essential.

We will be preparing the freshers by investing in their 6-8 months learning plan grooming them into
well-rounded personalities to be able to handle the key responsibilities of a shift engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the management of production processes done during the shift and focus on all
related issues to production cost, quality, productivity, safety and people management objectives.
 Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff
 Effectively utilize assigned resources to execute Godrej Agrovet’s manufacturing plans, objectives
and programs in a manner which will result in timely manufacturing and delivering targeted
volumes of high quality products at the lowest possible cost while maintaining work place quality
and staff high morale.
 Administer personnel policies and procedures with regards to manpower plans, performance plans,
and performance evaluations.
 To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future
growth within the company

to resolve the problems in hand

achieve key deliverables
 Time Management skills – Managing one’s own time effectively
 Presentation skills – Interpreting and presenting the ideas/information creatively in a group
scenario by using visual aids
 Good Computer Basic knowledge
