Subject – Complaint about trespassers into my property

Dear Sir/Madam,

It has taken me a long time subsequent to 2 (Two) successive G.D.E. Nos.

viz.: - 1857 dated 22/09/2019 & 1403 dated 20/01/2021, as lodged with
the then Jagatdal Police Station on the score without any outcome so far
hence hereby being helpless and hopeless find the courage as last resort to
lodge a complaint against one habitual Criminal accused of Murder trial
stalkers for destroying my privacy and for trespassing into my Landed
Property admeasuring 2 (Two) Katha be the same or a little more or less,
comprising in L.R. Dag No. 553 within Mouza Paltapara, J.L. No. 25, under
Block Barrackpore-I, corresponding to my L.R. Khatian No. 3159, along with
one temporary shelter/house, lying situates at Kamalpur, P.O. Paltapara,
P.S. Jagatdal, District North 24 Parganas, PIN 743127, which I purchased
vide Registered Bengali Deed of Sale, dated 16/04/2004, being No. 1945 for
the year 2004, so registered in the Office of the Additional Distric Registrar,
Naihati, District North 24 Parganas.
Since I am new to the city to study, I don’t care much about the
environment and the people of this city. So I thought the people here might
be a little different. The problem started when I was walking around our
yard and one of them threw a piece of paper He ran away before I could
recognize him.
It was written on the paper that leaves this place, or you will have to suffer
the consequences. At first, I thought maybe someone was playing a game.
But just a week after that I noticed some suspicious things.
Every night a truck would stand outside my house and some people would
try to find something in our yard. And they had guns in their hands. These
incidents happen 2-3 days a week, and I am very scared because of these
reasons as I live alone. 
I am sending you the recorded videos of the said activities, while I was not
harmed for my own safety and public good I want you to take serious step
against these actions. I hope you will take notice of this on an urgent basis.
