135. PMEO sir Ronald reminded everyone for the compliance of Baseline Database, that checking the data is a must
136. before sending it to him. He discuss further the parts of OBS and how to fill it up correctly. He also reminded some
137. IPDOs: Libertad, Barbaza, Patnongon, Pandan, Sebaste, and Culasi with some OBS data correction.

154. AA Ms. Angelyn Grace reminded us for the common fee to be collected - P50.00 a month.
155. Travel Expenses (TE) Rules and Format were discussed to filed it properly with the following standard:
156. Claim in the Barangay - stay in a particular barangay must be longer than the time spend in the travel.
157. Certification not Requiring Receipts – for the Transport exceeding P300.00 should have RER always.
158. TE with lacking documents such as receipts and CA’s is automatically slashed to avoid the delay of reimbursement.
159. No Claim of Lodging in a 1 day SO.
160. TE Format: Long size Bond Paper, Font Size is 10, Font Style is Times New Roman with proper spacing.
161. Appendix 47 must be, Prepared by PDO, Noted by PC and Approved by Ms. Asuncion. The rest of the Page format

164. PC Ms. Geralyn insisted that all Accomplishment Report must be detailed in quality and quantity. Success Stories,
