He discuss further the parts of OBS and how to fill it up correctly. He also reminded some 137. Travel Expenses (TE) Rules and Format were discussed to filed it properly with the following standard: 156. Claim in the Barangay - stay in a particular barangay must be longer than the time spend in the travel. 157. Certification not Requiring Receipts – for the Transport exceeding P300.00 should have RER always. 158. TE with lacking documents such as receipts and CA’s is automatically slashed to avoid the delay of reimbursement. 159. No Claim of Lodging in a 1 day SO. 160.
