Right now I have been appointed as a Customer Support Engineer in WBSWAN (West Bengal
State Wide Area Network) project under Essence Systems Pvt Ltd since November 2013 at
Jhargram District Magistrate Office.

Job profile:
 Maintain & monitor continuous connectivity of WBSWAN link from Writers Buildings &
WEBEL through Jhargram District Magistrate office up to several BDO offices under
Jhargram District & Sub-division.
 Troubleshooting the routers, switches & leased line modems with hardware support.
 Maintain connectivity to all government offices (ARTO, BL&LRO, ADSR, ALC etc) from
Jhargram DM office.
 Organize video conference meeting for District Magistrate Sub Divisional Officer with state
level ministers & Block Development Officers for various requirements.
