SCENE 1
There is an organization wherein four employees report to a middle level manager and certain
task has been assigned to them. After few days, we started to observe that the one of the
employees was misusing xerox machine, another employee was taking a lot of breaks, and the
third one was using Wi-Fi facility for his own personal use, and the fourth employee took the
advantage of all this and told all these things to his senior. Then the most senior one inspects the
new employees and scolds them as well as the manager also. At the end, a harsh punishment is
given to all five to them i.e., the managers and the employees. Here, manager takes the blame on
himself and puts forward this punishment to the new employees as a task and empathizes with
them.
Narration: Priyanka
GM: hello everyone! How’s everybody is doing?
Employee 1 Saigal: All good Sir.
Employee 2 Saksham: We are fine sir. What about you?
GM: I want to talk to u all regarding a particular issue which is taking place in the organization
as I came to know that some of the employees are misusing the facilities of the company and
they are not working efficiently in the company. Is it so?
Employee Saksham no sir, it is not true at all. Who give you all this information.
Employee Saigal: I think someone has given u the wrong information about this.
GM: oh really! But I have a video clip where I can see all of u that you are not working in the
working hours and you are just chilling in the organization. Where is the manager? I want to talk
to him right now.
Manager: yes sir. What happened sir?
GM: what the hell is going in the organization? Can’t u see what your team is doing in the
company? Am I just paying them for relaxing in the organization?
Manager: I am extremely sorry for all this. Please give me a last chance for this and ensure u
that this thing will not happen again I promise.
GM: ok. This is the last warning to u all. If I see this thing again then I will start firing the
employees.
SCENE 2
A project was given to the whole team and it got fail. GM express harsh anger towards to team as
this kind of performance was not expected from them as a punishment again all the employees
are made to sit in office and work for uncertain hours. Here the manager took the stand and work
with the employees as a team and shows his efforts towards the team and at the same time
motivates them.
Narration by Priyanka: A project has been given to the whole team and it fails. Now let`s see
what happens further.
ALL EMPLOYEES DISCUSSING.
GM: I gave u the project last month what is the status regarding that? Has it been completed?
Manager: sorry to inform u sir but we failed to achieve the target as a lot of uncertainties came
in the market and we were not able accomplish them.
GM: I did not expect this kind of behavior from this team. U all have really disappointed me.
now in return I will giving a punishment to all of u, u all will be working for late hours for the
company’s work and there will n promotion for u all this year.
Manager: please give us one more chance we promise u that we will complete the give targets
this time and there will be increase in the performance of the company.
GM: ok. This is the last and final warning for u and the employees of your team. One single
mistake and u all are out from the company.

SCENE 3
In this, there was project on which employees and manager was working and there was strategic
decision to be made. Here all the members of the team try to convince the GM not to take that
particular project as it was very risky and there was a lot of money involved but GM follows his
gut feeling and by scolding the employees make a wrong decision which resulted into failure of
the project. Hence, the whole team get penalized for the same.
Narration by Priyanka: There is project wherein the employees and manager are working
together, and strategic decision is made. Now look further what happens. Now, Manager now
keeps a meeting with the employees for the new project.
Manager: Listen everyone carefully. We are assigned with a new project and this time we must
prove that we are the best team of the organization. The GM has said that if this time were failed
to complete the targets them, we all will be out from the company.

ALL EMPLOYEES:
1: Sir kindly don’t take this project.
2: It is very risky.
3: This investment also has a lot of money.
4: Therefore, can be lot risker for the organization.
GM (scolding voice): No, it’s totally worth the investment. You people don’t know anything and
don’t teach me how the business works. Get lost!!!!
Narration: By taking the wrong decision. Now the project fails, and the team gets penalized.

SCENE 4
All the employees are discussing among each other that the manager is more efficient and
competent so all the strategic decisions must be made by the manager. Then, all the employees
go to the director and convey the same thing. Then the director tells the employees that you can’t
refuse your GM’s order.
Narration: Conversation happening about the manager among employees.
Employees:
Saigal: Manager is so efficient. Yes definitely.
Saksham: He is much competent. I think all the strategic decisions must be made by the
manager.
Priyanka: Let’s convey all this to our director.
Director: You can’t refuse the order of your GM. Kindly obey his decisions.
SCENE 5
Now in this scene a project is given to the team i.e., to the employees and to the manager without
knowing to the GM. He did so because he wants to check that weather the GM is working
efficiently or not and wants to know that the information which he got from his employees that
the GM is not working properly is true or not.
Narration: Another project is given to the team without informing the GM by director.
Director: I am giving you the separate project as see whether GM work efficiently or not.
Also, this will test whether the employees were right or wrong.

SCENE 6
The project which was assigned to the team and has been successfully completed by them
without any help or order from the GM. For the same, the director appreciates the efforts which
has been done by the team. Now considering all these things, director gives a transfer notice to
the GM as he was not performing well and promotes the manager to the position of general
manager as he has performed very well, and he appreciates the efforts of all his teammates and
rest other employees working in the organization.
Narration: The project has been completed successfully without the help of any GM.
Employees: Yayyyyy!!! We completed the project. Let’s our appreciates our efforts and hard
work.
Director: Appreciates the efforts by the team which made this project successful. He also
assigns the transfer notice on his behavior, not performing well and complains which he received
earlier.
Further, promotes the manager to the position of general manager as he has performed very well,
and he appreciates the efforts of all his teammates and rest other employees working in the
organization.
