The undersigned, respondent JULIO A. TINDUNGAN, by himself, unto the COMELEC,

.f irst Division, Intramuros, Manila, most respectfully files his ANSWER to a Verified

Petition, and answers;

1. That he received on November 25, 2021 This copy of summon with notice of Preliminary

Conference directing him to file his answer to a Petition.

2. That the Petition sought to Deny Due Cause to or cancel my Certificate of Candidacy for

the Elective Office of the Provincial Governor for the Province of lfugao.

3. That the Petition raised as ground for my disqualification that I falsely misrepresented

that I am a registered voter of the Province oflfugao.

4. That the Petition relied on section-1, ground for denial on cancellation of Certificate of

Candidacy.
5. That I, strongly deny the same, and in support thereof state;
