SUBJECT : Explanation re 3-Day Webinar on PNP Disciplinary and

Non-Disciplinary Policies

DATE : October 12, 2021

1. Reference: Order to Explain from AC, RPRMD, PROCOR dated October 12,
2021.

2. This has reference to the three-day Webinar on PNP Disciplinary and Non-
Disciplinary Policies conducted by DPRM last September 21-24, 2021, of which, I was
marked absent (AM and PM) during the first day of the Webinar.

3. Relative hereof, please be informed that I have faithfully attended the said
Webinar from day 1 until it was successfully finished. I, being non-techie, has
sought the assistance of one of our personnel in setting up the zoom account which I
have utilized during the whole duration of the Webinar. Honestly, I believe that I was not
able to sign in at the chat box during the first day, as I was not aware and not so familiar
with the features of the Zoom App until I was informed by our personnel whom I sought
assistance with. It was not intentional on my part to disregard such attendance.
Nonetheless, during the succeeding days, I was able to sign in hence, was not marked
absent.

4. Moreover, in spite of the weak internet signal in our Station, I have managed to
actively participate thru alternately using my laptop and my personal phone. In fact, I
was able to comply with all the outputs as required during the webinar. Further, several
screen shots of the lecture/presentation during the webinar were also taken as
additional proof of my attendance (see attached pictures).

5. I have always been compliant with directives/orders coming from higher

headquarters and it is not in my attitude to disregard one, especially if it is an
opportunity to learn and acquire new insights which are significant to my career growth
and development. As a matter of fact, I was grateful to DPRM for continuously
conducting knowledge enhancement webinars which are for the best interest all
personnel.

6. For information and looking forward for consideration on the matter.
