Contract of Employment

THIS CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT is made BETWWEN ISLANDS HOMES LTD of

237 Ivy Crescent Twickenham Park St Catherine (HEREINAFTER called ‘the Employer’) of

the one part and DWIGHT JONES of Apt 15 Union Estate St Catherine (HEREINAFTER

called ‘the Employee’) of the other part-----------------------------------------------------------------

WHEREBY both the Employer and the Employee agree to the following Terms and

Conditions---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 Employee’s Job Title Construction Engineer

-------------------------------------------------------2 Work Schedule The hours of work shall be

from 8:00 am to 4:15 pm Mondays to Fridays with forty five minutes lunch

break--------------------------------------------------------------------3 Salary The basic salary will

be Seventy Thousand Dollars every fortnight and shall be paid through a bank account

provided by the Employee--------------------------------------------------4 Duration of Contract

This agreement shall initially be for a period of TWO years but renewable by mutual

agreement of the parties------------------------------------------------------- The first THREE

months of the term will be a probationary period and the Employer may terminate this

Agreement during the period if the Employee for WHATEVER reason fails to perform to

expectation-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------5

Termination of Contract Either party may terminate this Contract giving the other TWO

month’s notice of intention to terminate--------------------------------------------------------------

6 Attendance The Employee shall report to work on time and swipe his card on arrival and

departure The Employee shall display his Identification Badge at all times while on the

premises In the event of lateness or absence the Employee shall inform his supervisor in

advance or calling within reasonable time------------------------------------------------------------

7 Leave The Employee shall be entitled to vacation of TWO weeks per year and shall be

taken as directed by Management----------------------------------------------------------------------

The Employee is entitled to TEN days paid sick leave per year provided that a medical

certificate is submitted after the third consecutive day----------------------------------------------

8 Insurance The Employer shall register the Employee with the National Insurance Scheme

and make the necessary legal deductions from the Employee’s salary The Employee shall

be eligible for registration in the Island Homes Group Health Scheme managed by BLUE

SHIELD----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------9

Deductions The Employer shall deduct from the Employee’s salary all statutory deduction

as required by law----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10 Allowances The Employee shall be entitled travelling allowance and subsidized lunch

meal
