THIS AGREEMENT is made this First day of October Two Thousand and Twenty Three--------
BETWEEN ABIJAH REID of 19 New St. Belize City owner of Black and Sons (hereinafter-----
called the Employee) WHEREAS---------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. EMPLOYEE S JOB TITLE Administrative Assistant-------------------------------------------

2. PLACE OF WORK Black and Sons Office 23 Harbour View Belize City-------------------
3. HOURS OF WORK From 9:00 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch
and—such additional hours as may reasonable be deemed to be necessary for the
execution of the job--
4. REMUNERATION U$ 980 per calendar month, payable in arrears--------------------------
5. JOB DESECRATION see attached schedule 1--------------------------------------------------
6. DURATION OF CONTRACT The contract shall be initially for a minimum period of
one--- year commencing on the first day of October Two Thousand and Twenty Three
and renew yearly by mutual agreement------------------------------------------------------------
7. HOLIDAY Four-week s paid leave per annum to be taken at a time to be agreed as
mutually convenient to both parties----------------------------------------------------------------
8. SICKNESS The Employee is entitled to seven days paid sick leave per annum and shall-
supply a medical certificate if absent for a period of three days or longer--------------------
9. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE In the event of a grievance the parties shall follow the
grievance procedure as set out in Black and Sons Employment Handbook 2007--
10. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT This contract can be terminated by either party giving
one calendar month’s notice to the other in writing----------------------------------------------
