The University shall not be obliged to make any payment where for any reason lectures; laboratories and/or tutorial sessions are interrupted (missed) due to
employee’s absence from work and also shall treat the case as per the University legislation. If employee’s students are forced to drop the course (es) due to
failure on employee’s part to complete the course (es), the employee will be liable to a payment of the total cost incurred on running the course (es) until the
severance of the course (es) and the associate measures shall also be taken as per the rule and regulations of the University. In assessing your students, keep
the originality and confidentiality of your exam, invigilate the exam strictly when assigned and submit the final grade before the deadline specified on the academic
calendar. Failure to perform those tasks accordingly shall also be treated as per the rule and regulations of the University. This agreement shall be done in five
