fa a) ey Republic of the Philippines Department of Education REGION IIL-CENTRAL LUZON os —— IN PIETCACY aye i REGIONAL MEMORANDUM : a nony | No. s, 2022 Uso FINALIZATION PHASE OF COMPREHENSIVE SEXUALITY EDUCATION (CSE) SCHOOL MODULES To: Schools Division Superintendents Concerned (Pampanga, Tarlac City, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Olongapo City, Aurora, Angeles City, Mabalacat City, Cabanatuan City, City of San Jose Del Monte, City of Meycauayan, Gapan City, Bulacan, Malolos, and Balanga City) 1. ‘The Department of Education Regional Office II, through the Human Resource Development Division (HRDD) in coordination with the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD), spearheaded the development of Comprehensive Sexuality Education CSE school modules through online evaluation, onsite validation, and field testing to strengthen the Gender and Development (GAD) Advocacy at the school level. 2. Relative to this initiative, this Office announces the Finalization Phase of Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) School Modules on March 15-18, 2022, at NEAPR3, Pulungbulu, Angeles City. 3. During this phase, the physical presence of all the members of the Project Management Team (PMT), Learning Resource (LR) Evaluators, and Development ‘Team composed of the writers, lay-out artists, and illustrators is required. All the feedbacks, comments, and suggestions raised during the field testing shall be done to make the fifteen (15) CSE modules error-free. 4. Each participant is expected to arrive at the venue before 8:00 AM on March 15,2022 and attend the short opening program. The departure will be on March 18, 2022, at 4 PM. There would be an assigned PMT member for each group who shall ensure that health protocols are strictly implemented and observed by all participants at all times. 5. Hence, it is a requisite that all participants to this activity are fully vaccinated against the COVID-19. They are required to bring their vaccination cards for this purpose. The travel and other miscellaneous expenses for the Finalization Phase shall be charged against the School/Division MOOE for the LR Evaluators, Module Developers, and SDO PMT. While the expenses to be incurred by the Regional Project Management Team shalll be charged against the Regional MOOE-GAD Fund, subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures. 7.
