Amulyamma W/o Nalla Appala Naidu, resident of Kothapalli Village – prayed the
respondents 3 to 6 is not releasing ration and non issuance of ration card/house hold card
to the petitioner – Instructions Submitted – Reg.
Ref: WPSR No 7817 of 2022 filed by Smt Nalla Amulyamma W/o Nalla Appala Naidu in
Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amravati.

I invite kind attention to the reference cited, where in the reference cited, Smt Nalla Amulyamma
W/o Nalla Appala Naidu, resident of Kothapalli Village of Bapulapadu Mandal have filed a writ petition
before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amravati praying the Hon’ble High Court praying the
respondents 3 to 6 is not releasing ration and non issuance of ration card/house hold card to the
petitioner and requesting to direct the respondents 3 to 6 to issue ration card/house hold card of
Bapulapadu Mandal.
All the allegations and averments made by the petitioner is absolutely false and fabricated, the
brief facts of the case as detailed below.
It is to submit that the petitioner Smt Nalla Amulyamma and his Husband Sri Nalla Appala Naidu
is having a rice card bearing No TAP062606282531. Subsequently Rice card also issued to the petitioner
family bearing No 2807618615 in the FPS No 0626050 of Kothapalli Village of Bapulapadu Mandal.
Further it is to submit that the petitioner husband Sri Nalla Appala Naidu had filed a Rice card Surrender
application to the Grama Sachivalayam on 01.05.2021. The Rice card Surrender got registered in The
Grama Sachivalayam with application No T204864045, and same got confirmed through ekyc by the
Petitioner Husaband Sri Nalla Appalanaidu. Hence the Rice card surrendered to the Government.
It is further submitted the petitioner is the second wife to Sri Nalla Appalanaidu, due to the
personal reasons both are residing apart from each other. Since Past 6 years the petitioner Smt Nalla
Amulyamma is not residing in the Kothapalli Village Bapulapadu Mandal. In enquiry it is revealed that She
is residing in SPSR Nellore District for eking of livelihood.
For the reasons stated above, it is therefore humbly prayed the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
dismiss the petition at admission stage itself, as they are devoid of merits and self-servicing Hon’ble High
Court may be pleased to pass such other order or orders as it deem fit and proper in the circumstances of
the case.
