1. GENERAL SAFETY RULES

Elit Makina advices to obey the following safety rules for the machines that
are manufactured or sold by themselves. Most of theese rules are oligatory
in many counturies.

! Warning
Read the manuel before place and first start and apply the
stated points . During the placement use the hoops in a suitable way and carry
the machine after lifting. Install the machine to a well prepared durable place.
Check the available electrical system with the machine’s electrical
equipments before the connections. All the mechanical and electrical
connections have to made by qualified persons on their subjects. If needed
consult to UGUR MAKINE
If there is an abnormal case during the first start immediately stop the
machine and inform the authorized person. Do not run the machine again if
you are not sure that the problem was solved. Make periodic maintenance of
the machine properly. For lubrication of all the machines in food sector
leaded oils can not be used definetely.
Prefer the original spare parts made by UGUR MAKINE for the weared or
broken materials.

Reminder
If the rules in this manuel are not followed during
installation or operation any defect or damage will be out of guaranty.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE (Figure-1)

Infestation destroyer are shown in Figure-1. Main parts of the machine are as follows:

2. Design
The machine is designed for to disintegrate any insect, eggs or larvae present
in the flour. It consist of steel construction body, high speed rotor and a
flanged motor that directly drives the rotor.
3. Working Principles
The product enters the machine through inlet (A). Due to the centrifugal
effect of the high speed rotor the product goes away form the rotation axis.
The pins around the disc strikes to the product with high velocity and it
reaches to the outlet.

The general technical features are given in table-1. It is possible to
manufacture for different capacities.

4. TRANSPORTATION, ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION (Figure-3)

1. Transportation (Figure-2)

! Attention
Transport the machine as a whole. After applying the
necessary safety rules carry it with a hoist using a chain or belt as shown in the
figure.

2. Assembly
! Attention
It is possible to place the machine axis vertical or
horizontal. For the horizontal axis position the base frame is fixed to the
floor by bolt anchor. During the assembly it is important to check the
machine by a measuring tool (for example water level) if it’s axis is
horizontal or not. This helps the machine to work without vibration. Then
again check the confirmity of the electrical system with the machine.

Make the connection by using the true cable section according to

motor power and pay attention to the isolation and fixing electrical
cables. Rotation direction have to be same with the arrow shown on the
machine. Test the machine if there is an abnormality or not. If there is
something wrong do not run the machine again until the problem is
solved.
For inlet and outlet pipes use rubber sleeves to connect the
machine to the line and pay attention for the leakage.
3. Operating the Machine

! Warning
yarı Check all the electrical and pneumatic connections again.
The machine should run when inside is empty and keep clean after work.
Therefore this machine should run 10 seconds before the blower and stop it
after 60 seconds. The purge air should start with the main motor and blow
2.5 bar air continuously upto the end of the work.

5. Electrical Connection Instruction

Electrical diagram for the machine is shown on the diagram Elk-1.

! Warning
yarı Electrical diagram of the machine is designed compatible
with the international standarts. Any changes in the diagram must be made
by qualified persons. Ground connection should also be made.

! Attention
Main switch and emergency switch should be in a box and
near to the machine with the ability to lock. All these Works should be suitable
to EN 60204-1

! Attention
Pay attention to isolation and safety rules during the electrical
connections.

5. Packaging and Storage:

Before being transferred to the machine optionally using the wood made boxes.
Pallets assembled under the boxes for ease of handling during loading. Other spare
parts are shipped with another package.Machine volume is more than the container so
that it’s sending by partial.
If you are not installed after delivery,you keep the spare parts dry and free of dust
place. In addition, the packaging should not enter the machine from dust and moisture.

You should be considered the warnings on the package board.

7. Maintenance (Figure-2)
• Electrical connections on motor and box have to made carefully. Do not
leave them loose.
• Make cleaning by opening the cover every 6 months.
• Check the pins annually and if necessary replace them as a complete set.
• Check balance control fort he disc if you replace material.
• Check annually motor bearings.
• By the periodic controls replace the weared parts and make lubrication
(Figure-3)

terms not run out total 18 months that beginning loading or invoice date.
2. When face with a situation about all failure and defected parts that originate from the
production process of factory, service for free.
3. When a failure came out during guarentee terms, time to repair addition to the time of
guarentee.
4. Malfunctions resulting from the contrary use to the matters contained in the manuel guide
is out of warranty.
5. Sending services and replecement parts costs for malfunctions resulting from users
belongs to custemer.
6. Malfunction resulting from wrong use of voltage is out of warranty.
