I. SECTION: GENERAL INFORMATION

1. GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

You must read the users manuel before proceeding machine montage; please keep users manuel
suitable in condition and location.

In the event of any problems with the machine, please contact with authority in UĞUR
MAKİNE.

You must use the suitable flow eguipmant so as to prevent enry of products at the inlet part of
machine.

You must use suitable flow equipment so as to prevent release of products at the outlet part of
machine.

During machine operation; certainly do not any works like cleaning, lubrication, maintenance,
etc..
2. SECURITY WARNING:

First Montage: Fix the machine in the place at the foundation.

Normal Stop: Air lock is one of the machine in the group of milling system. The normal stop
process must be doing at main control panel.

Emergency Stop: The emergency stop process must be doing at main control panel. After
appropriate protection takes, the machine must be checked end re-run.

Power Train: You must use suitable powertrain equipment that suitable for machine standard
so as to prevent flow of products at the outlet part of machine.

Electric Current: During machine malfunction or maintenance requirement, do not any action
without interruption of electric current and taking the necessary measures againts stray voltage

Hazard of Montage: When machine removed for any reason, during reassembly
connection equipment must be compressed and must be checked carefully. Otherwise the machine
can caused to malfunction or may result yield losses.

Mainteanence, Greasing, Cleaning, Malfunctioning: In situations where the machine

should malfunction or maintenance certainly do not any action without interrupting the current.
During at maintenance and greasing you must be careful that using appropriate chemicals.

3. INTENTION:
The purpose of this manuel is illustrate how to do mounting of Air lock machine in the
current models, how to do and what way is for the use, general and spare parts of the machines,
important issues to be considered, product labels and maintenance operations.

4. CONTENT:
This users manuel content Air lock Machines models which are ALDK240 and ALDK260.

5. DESCRIPTION AND MODEL OF THE MACHINES:

II.SECTION: PACKAGING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTING

8. PACKAGING and STORAGE:

Before transporting machines are packaged that putting in a box with wooden material if
custemer want it. During loading pallets are assembled to under the box for easiness of carrying.
Other spare parts are carried with another package.

After delivery spare parts or mountings must be store at place that protecting from dust and
dampness if the part are not assembled. Also the packaging should be done with protecting from
dust and damp.

Consider warning and marks on the package.

9. CARRYING HANDLING OF THE MACHINE:

Carrying parts in the system were drilled available diameter and number hole for necessery
connection, was made from material that durable against ascending force and breaking strenght. The
machine are provided that carriying with durable material likechain, rope etc.

Standing under the machine is strictly prohibited during transporting of machines in terms of
human life.
During the transportation time, are strictly forbidden standing under the machine.

III.SECTION: MACHINE ASSEMBLY

10. FIXING MACHINE TO THE FLOOR:
Parts can be assemble different form in the system. But the floor must be regular and
assemble that making 90° degrees with machine.

Be careful that fixing montage must be 90o degrees.

Be careful the area that need input-output tubes and additional eguipment that
assembling to the machine in fixing …

11. MAINTANENCE AND GENERAL INSTRUCTION:

• The ground of the machines have to be strong and horizontal.

• It’s has to be greased three time a month.
• Lubricated from grease nipples on it 3 months

13. TERMS OF GUARANTEE:

1. Guarantee terms, begins with machines works and continues 12 months. But guarantee
terms not run out total 18 months that beginning loading or invoice date.
2. When face with a situation about all failure and defected parts that originate from the
production process of factory, service for free.
3. When a failure came out during guarentee terms, time to repair addition to the time of
guarentee.
4. Malfunctions resulting from the contrary use to the matters contained in the manuel guide
is out of warranty.
5. Sending services and replecement parts costs for malfunctions resulting from users
belongs to custemer.
6. Malfunction resulting from wrong use of voltage is out of warranty.
7. Wrong use or contrary use to machines using aim are out of warranty.
8. Malfunctions resulting from uncleaning and not being protection maintenance are out of
warranty.
9. Malfunction resulting from naturel disaster like lightning, flood, fire etc. is out of
warranty.
10. Damages resulting from working the machine wrong are out of warranty.
