2017/2018 ADMISSION INTO THE COLLEGE OF HEALTH TECHNOLOGY,

CALABAR

2. Give the contents of this letter the widest publicity so that candidates resident
in your Local Government Area or State would be adequately informed for
immediate action.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

a) Documentation/Registration starts on Monday 14th August, 2017, and
ends on Friday 8th September, 2017. Each candidate is to pay a non-
refundable Processing/Documentation fee of Five Thousand five
Hundred Naira (N5,500.00) only.

b) All candidates would be required to pay non refundable School fees

and other charges before admission letters would be issued. 100%
payment of school fees and other charges is required before
admission.

c) All candidates must obtain their admission letters immediately after

payment of school fees. Resumption date is 11th September, 2017

d) Any candidate who does not complete registration formalities on or

before 8th September, 2017 will have his or her place forfeited.
e) All candidates will be expected to undergo Medical Examination /
Chest X-ray in the Medical Unit of the College. This test will attract a
fee of five thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only per student.

f) Females would be expected to undergo pregnancy test in the Medical

Unit of the College.

g) Orientation is on Monday, 2nd October, 2017.

h) Remember to pay CES charges of Eleven thousand Naira

(N11,000.00) and take your Uniform measurement at the Centre for
Entrepreneurial studies (CES) after payment of school fees.

i) To make payments, students are to

1) Obtain authorization to pay code for each payment from ICT
and create their profile on the portal. Students must keep this code
safe as it will be used for all other payments during their stay in the
College.

2) Proceed to ANY BANK of their choice and present the code

and make payment. The College account numbers are NOT required
for payment.
3). Collect payment acknowledgement slip from the bank upon
payment.
 4). Visit the College café (E.U.Prime) and log on to the portal at
portal.chtcalabar.edu.ng using the code obtained from ICT to print
their receipts.
5). Register for all courses to be taken in the semester
6). Print out their registration slip upon successful completion of
the process and also print out this electronic admission letters.
*Please note that students who do not pay their fees within the stipulated
timeframe will not be able to process their payment except upon payment of the
late registration fee as determined by Management. Therefore, students are
strongly advised to endeavour to pay their school fee within the stipulated time.
Students are encouraged to visit the ICT Department if they encounter any
difficulties in the process of processing their fees or completing their registration on
the portal.

Candidates are required to bring with them the following:

a) Original and two (2) Photocopies of their Educational/Professional
Certificate.
b) Birth/Marriage Certificate or Age declaration (2 photocopies).
c) Certificate of Local Government of Origin (2 photocopies).
d) Four (4) recent passport size photographs.

N/B: Successful Candidates should Collect their Letter from Room 35,
Registrar’s Office After payment of N100.00 only
