Recruitment – The first step of an applicant to be hired based on the qualification and documents
submitted.

Selection – This the procedure which applicant will be hired that being most qualified among others and
have a big advantage to open position required.

Deployment and Orientation – This is the procedure which applicant was been hired. The applicant
starts to submit requirements such medical exam and other government clearance. During the
deployment of the applicant orientation, rules and regulation will be conduct with the applicant.

Training and Development – This is the procedure during the employee needs to develop and upgrade
their skills. Seminar and training is conducting by other parties.

Performance Appraisal – This is the procedure which the employee has an excellent performance, the
company uplift the position by the recommendation of their direct managers.

Salary and Compensation – This is the procedure which applicant receive the payment based on their
attendance, extra hours and other extra work performance.

What are some possible causes of the reduction in output, the resignations, and increased tardiness and
absenteeism?

-Based on the Case Study, the transition between the Owner and Executive Vice President being hired
was too short. A 3days is not enough to discovered all necessary techniques and strategies of a
company. With these reason the new leadership may fault to loss of trust and confident by the old
employees.

How might these consequences have been avoided?

-A company must give at least 1 month transition and give a training before letting the new applicant to
stand alone the leadership.
