    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    1. It is expected that you submit report of accomplishment for the work days spent on
    Work From Home schedule using the Monitoring Tool 1 and 2.
    2. Please remember that you are only substituting the workplace with that of the home
    but work goes on/continues.
    3. Those who are WFH schedule, STRICTLY STAY AT HOME. Nobody is authorized
    to utilize the WFH scheme as an excuse to go on vacation, visit places/malls,
    attend to parties, and other personal matters. If any given time, you are found
    to be anywhere else but the home, you shall be tasked to give justification and
    cite reasons why you shall not be dealth with administratively.
    4. You should also be available for calls anytime during working hours.
