Scope and Limitation of the study.

This study looked at obese male and females in Manga, Tagbilaran City, Bohol,

who had a BMI of 30kg or more. Individuals with a BMI of 25kg/m² to 29kg/m² were

The study used the descriptive survey method of research. The researchers aim

to know wherever the subjects vary among themselves in the study. Subsequently, the

relationships that were discovered will then be described. The data on diet and exercise

regimen of overweight individuals were gathered through a questionnaire which were

then analyzed and interpreted.

Research Environment

The study was conducted at Manga, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. The 4th largest

barangay among the 15 barangays of Tagbilaran city, a city known as the “city of

friendship”. Manga is approximately 6km away from the city of Tagbilaran, situated

respond to the questions. The data was tabulated and analyzed after it was tallied,

computed, statistically treated, and tabulated.
