Evaluator Feedback

Strengths

Haley has been a great addition to our class with this special population of students. She
did not hesitate to jump in when she saw help was needed and is always asking what
additional work she can do to help out. I have learned that Haley likes to be organized and
has been very helpful in organizing and cleaning up certain work areas. She is always
looking for things to keep her busy, which is a great trait to have. She is very patient when
working with our students. Some students struggle with communication and Haley tries her
best to figure out what they are trying to say. She is helping me create a tactile and concrete
cue schedule for one of our new students who is an ELL learner.

Areas for growth

Haley is quiet but very observant and watches to see how others interact with the students.
I encourage her to not be afraid to step in and come up with ideas of her own to help our
students. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes helps out. She gets along with the students well
and they like her and ask to work with her. She just needs to build up her confidence level.
